Prolific, endlessly inventive and curious, Tom Green was widely considered a leading artist of his generation, an exceptionally generous teacher and mentor, whose work has been in dozens of shows, including at the Guggenheim Museum in 1981 and the Whitney Biennial in 1975. Drawn from paintings as early as 1971 through his untimely death, this exhibition features four interconnected visual explorations—the Biomorphics, the Glyphs, the Black and Whites, and the Narratives.
